 @0c5cd193 -- I find all this very interesting. The DNC effectively telling Newsom that he "isn't running" this cycle and that Harris is going to be given possible top seat. 

Newsom and Harris are on opposite sides within California Demo politics. So, this has to be annoying to Newsom to put it mildly.
