Aww, man.
#RIP David McCallum, who starred as Illya Kuryakin alongside Robert Vaughn’s Napoleon Solo in the 1960s hit spy drama “The Man From U.N.C.L.E.” and had a supporting role as pathologist Dr. Donald “Ducky” Mallard on the top-rated series “NCIS” decades later, died Monday of natural causes in New York City. He was 90.

I remember that show. He was so cute.
@62a04c04 NGL, McCallum remained in the opening credits past becoming NCIS historian leaving the medical examiner's office at NCIS. (i.e. He wasn't on the show any more) And I wondered why.
I noticed he'd do a single episode each season & I always wondered if Mark Harmon made that possible so that McCallum could still participate in SAG's Healthcare plan in his twilight years. (Mark was notorious for taking care of his cast, even as he was retiring.)
RIP Ducky.

@62a04c04 Twelve year old me insists that you also note that he was the star of The Invisible Man for one glorious (well, to me it was) season

He also was a great musician, which inspired others like even Dr. Dre and such 👍
