Until people need nostr it will be niche. Easiest (not easy) solution is to build tiktok like client. Super simple with algos to choose from. Expensive tho, because new people wouldn’t pay for uploads.

One algo that would make people stick around would be feed based on MOST ZAPPED- videos - an incentive to post engaging content.
