 Day 24/31 Legs and shoulders day. Got most of the workout done but quads were twinging a little funny so I cut it short

 That's how you know you hit the quads well.  Drink lots of water to help flush the lactic acid. 💪🏼

 I've been dealing with a bum knee and haven't had a real leg day in about 3 months.   :( 
 Injuries are the worst friend. Able to get on a spin bike or anything? 
 I've been slacking on posting but have been working on hitting at least 50 burpees a day the past week on top of any other activity. My arms currently hate me.  
 The work is more important then the poast 
 Smart! 
 Can't sacrifice tomorrow just to make a few more reps 😂
