Day 24/31 Legs and shoulders day. Got most of the workout done but quads were twinging a little funny so I cut it short #31days
I've been dealing with a bum knee and haven't had a real leg day in about 3 months. :(
I've been slacking on posting but have been working on hitting at least 50 burpees a day the past week on top of any other activity. My arms currently hate me.
