 @0f342e77 The issue is that the labour party has found every excuse under the sun to purge anyone who's left of gordon brown from the party...

The only reason for the high polling for starmer is because he's #NotTories

(also Keir Starmer has done nothing to address the active antisemitism engaged in by the labour right, as part of their campaign to undermine Corbyn, despite claiming to have a zero tolerance for antisemitism)
 @5ee8143f

To be honest, the view inside the party is no one cares.

2019 is over. Many far left activists have followed #Corbyn out of the party. This has led to an average 19% poll lead ever since.

What advantage is to be gained by trying to reason with the unreasonable far left? 🤔

It's best you all join the #SocialistWorkersParty, install Corbyn as leader, get Abbott & McDonnell as part of your executive, stand at #GE2024 & put your far left #Socialist case to the electorate.
 @0f342e77 what policies do you consider far left?
 @5ee8143f

Outside of #Corbyn & his lukewarm response to #Brexit, it wasn't his policies, it was Corbyn himself who was a turnoff for the electorate, but would is far left #Corbynista disciples listen?

No!

Corbyn led #Labour to the biggest #GeneralElection annihilation in political history.

This is all the history books will show.
 @0f342e77 the turn off for the electorate was the sustained attack on Corbyn by all the major media outlets and sabotage from within the party…
 @5ee8143f

And like I said, if #Corbyn couldn't handle the expected #Tory #FarRight client media attacks, he shouldn't have ran for the leadership.

The far left #Corbynistas got their wish & got their man in as #Labour Leader.

He lost an 80% Remain voting Labour party the #Brexit vote, by being virtually anonymous.

#Corbyn lost in 2017 against the awful Theresa May. Then he led Labour to the biggest election booting in political history, but yet you're still hanging around crying foul. 🙄
 @0f342e77 @5ee8143f

The Tories also suffered their worst election losses due to the Brexit factor. There is a case that there was no need to throw out the baby with the bath water and row back from popular policies as Starmer has done since.

 @5b2d9d54 @5ee8143f

The 19% average #Labour poll lead suggests different.

Let it go. Move on. #Corbyn has gone & he ain't coming back.

Put your efforts into campaigning for the #SocialistWorkersParty & installing Corbyn as your leader, with Abbott, McDonnell & Derek Hatton etc as your executive.

You can then put your #Socialist case to the electorate at #GE2024 & we'll see how the nation takes to you.

I can only ask why you aren't already doing this? 🤔
 @0f342e77 @5ee8143f
Former Labour Party member, now Greens for me.
 @5b2d9d54 @5ee8143f

Great! So why are you commenting on #Labour instead of concentrating on achieving the #Green party's objective of increasing it parliamentary representation from one to four? 🤔

Do something more constructive instead of purely being negative about #Starmer & Labour.

Tell us about the #Greens. I heard your keynote pledge is a wealth tax on the rich to pay for your manifesto pledges?

How dya think that'll go down with the electorate?
 @0f342e77 @5ee8143f 🥱
 @5b2d9d54 @5ee8143f

It's best you go for a lie down in a dark room then Karen. It's for the best. 🛌 😴

 @0f342e77 @5b2d9d54 wealth taxes are hugely popular.
 @5ee8143f @5b2d9d54

Which is why all major parties are proposing them I presume? 🤔
 @0f342e77 @5b2d9d54 because the local parties still want their socialist Labour candidates and MPs… but the undemocratic Labour leadership doesn’t like that…
 @5ee8143f @0f342e77
One absolute success Starmer has had is driving out or expelling the left from the Labour Party
 @5b2d9d54 @5ee8143f

Hence the 19% average poll lead.

Both are inextricably linked. 🤷🏾‍♂️
 @5ee8143f @5b2d9d54

You're welcome to take any #Socialist #Labour MP's with you if/when you all join the #SocialistWorkersParty & install #Corbyn as your leader.

Which Socialist MP's are these by the way, & why haven't they been purged from Labour or left in solidarity with Corbyn & The far left #Corbynistas who've apparently been expelled? 🤔
 @0f342e77 @5b2d9d54 you mean socialists like Keir Starmer claimed to be during the leadership campaign?
 @5ee8143f @5b2d9d54

There are levels of #Socialism. It's like a sliding scale.

Like myself, #Starmer is a Social Democrat, hence why he suits my brand of politics & many on the left. He also appeals to centre right voters too as illustrated by today's latest poll showing #Labour with a 23 point lead over the #Tories.

We saw where political extremism got us in 2019. It's not done the #UK any favours.
 @5b2d9d54 @0f342e77 I would say without genuinely socialist policies (which starmer promised during the leadership campaign), then more and more people are going to find that neoliberal economics don’t actually provide a good life and are going to turn towards the right…

Change is needed, change that reasonable left wing policies can provide.
 @5ee8143f @5b2d9d54

So what happened in 2019? 🤔

Oh sorry, I forgot. It's everyone else who got it wrong... 🤷🏾‍♂️
