Loving this, the WEF book reference is gold(bugs) BTW, I haven't seen anyone comment on the premise that beef is bad for the environment, so I will. IMO cows aren't bad for the environment, check out silvopasture. But if you have a money printer and use it to subsidize grain farming to under the marginal cost of production, making grazing more expensive than feed lots (CAFOs?), then you'll end up with sick cows, massive water use, and big, steaming piles of shit. Which is bad for the environment. USA's feedlots has grown to around 13 million cows, despite actually DECREASING overall cattle production from ~45 million in 1971 to ~30 million today. This a feature of fiat food, not a bug.
