I know exactly what you mean and I miss that functionality (in damus) from day one.

"Follow" supposed to do that, but it only works if you follow a very small nr of people. Not practical.

Lists or multiple custom feeds that you can specify in detail are hopefully a standard in near future for twitter-like nostr clients. I'm waiting...
