The relay will be operational in a week. 

 There are probably some security issues. Nip-42 is missing 

 Actually, it can be handled by a proxy rather than a relay. It still handles all the other authentication tasks, so why not this one? 

 It's not that important. The idea of external plugins is quite viable, and such plugins can work with any other relay that supports external plugins.

 Cool, but it would be even better if it were about two years ago. Now it seems to me that everyone has already written their own, although only a few share their code. 

 really? I still use @Alex Gleason 🐍🚬 ‘s deno-based one. But the cpu is pegged 100% on our relay so we need to upgrade
