Yes, it does seem that way at first. However, that is not what it is saying. Studying Thelema one comes to understand word choices and capitalization. The "W" is always capitalized. It is NOT lowercase, which would be the selfish "will." The capital "W" means "The Laws of God" or "Natural Law" meaning Do No Harm. If one is under The Law of Love, The Law of God then they can do whatever they wish because they are under the Law of Love, which means they will not harm any one as both people are of consensual age AND consenting to the exchange. As the definition of a Right is "Any action that does not imitate harm" I hope that clarifies.

I can see what you are saying. Yes most people do fall into the lazy category and they have lost their CARE for what is RIGHT. That is the 1st part of the idea but the 2 part is the MOST important and without the 2nd part the 1st part cannot be sustained, which is Number 5. THIS IS WHY THIS DOCUMENT IS SO IMPORTANT. Love cannot exist without it being protected.

The ideas about freedom are not in dispute. I understand that it does not mean "do as one wants" but still One must be careful and intentional about what is spoken into the universe and the words used!
