Why do we cook dry ass turkeys for thanksgiving when we could be making brisket or like 4 chickens
Because Pilgrims and fall turkey season
Good point but there's fried turkey though...
Was coming here to say this. Fried turkey is the way to go 🔥🔥
Having a deep fryer that big is so America, but I would like to try it
😂😂 yes it is. We go to a friend's house, we do not have a deep fryer that big and I'm not sure the tiny one we have even works 😳😳
I'm not saying america is right about everything, but sometimes I find out things are "american" and feel bad for the rest of the world.

It isn't just for turkey once a year. I can also make beer and sterilize straw for mushroom buckets.
Have never cooked turkey, never will. Salmon, Prime Rib, Ham & Tenderloin, have all been on the menu. Tenderloin or Prime Rib are the winners. Tenderloin is way easier.
Sir, the turkey farmers would like a word with you. 😂
 Pork butt
 Smoked turkey probably the best.

But I hear you. I always crave beef on Thanksgiving.
We don't do turkey, no one likes it, so we just make what we love instead like pulled pork
Because we can get turkey for 60¢/lb on sale just before Thanksgiving.

And if your turkey is dry, then that’s a you problem.
 Good job eagles
