Keep a cow if you can, and if not, befriend a farmer or rancher who does and buy raw milk directly. Having grown up on raw milk I have to say it is so sweet, so delicious. If even just for flavor, it’s like comparing Pappy Van Winkle to Evan Williams, and it’s much healthier than both ;) nostr:note1e4gmv83fv7kqyajyeac8z8mhsuxdtx76v34d6vfkmltnzu3w0upqmjgzjw

I don't think I fully understand the concept you use of raw milk...do you call raw milk the milk that has just been milked from the cow?...or that which has been boiled?
Raw milk is fresh from the cow, goat, sheep or buffalo, and is unpasteurized and unhomogenized. It has a shorter shelf life so industrial scale production and distribution is a problem.
Freshly milked milk is... it poisons me... it has done me very harm, at least for me to consume it, it has to be boiled...sometimes I got food poisoning
Sorry to hear you had food poisoning from it. It’s true that you have to be careful, as with other raw foods like oysters, raw eggs, sushi, etc. to ensure freshness and health of the animal. Which is why it’s best to buy from a person you know and trust or to keep your own animals.
Since I already know that I get food poisoning, I cook 🔥 almost everything...I'm at the point where I can't even eat meat medium rare, it has to be fully cooked. I know some people who do not get poisoned from raw milk, but they have had symptoms such as very bad diarrhea.
tbh after I no longer had access to raw milk and switched to boiled milk, that’s when I became unable to drink milk at all. Going back to raw helped me. As with all things, and health especially, we each must make our own local decisions for our own health situations. But again, that’s why industrial scale is a problem for many people. One size doesn’t fit all.
