I like also that you can encrypt your password file with an additional passphrase, so that even if somebody manages to get through all the hurdles to gain access to your account, they still have to brute force their way into your saved passwords. With a sufficiently long and complex enough passphrase, this is nearly impossible. I haven't found a password manager that's both as secure and convenient as just storing them all in my Google account. If somebody were able to gain access they could PWN my entire life, but the risk is high severity, low probability, IMO.
Nextcloud Password, or you can store your KeePass vault on your Nextcloud if you want.
A few years ago I wiped all my devices when I was in a state of bipolar mania. I was eventually able to regain access to my Google account, but I had to go through so many steps and it took about a week. Important points: 1. I was able to regain access after nuking all my devices 2. But it was REALLY hard! Knowing my password was not enough.
