@bf882066 I’m sorry this happened to you. I grew up watching it happen to my dad and it’s nauseating how our society ignores it. Me seeing my dad be threatened and abused by my mom doesn’t even qualify as an adverse childhood event because the quiz specifies abuse happening to mom or female caregiver ONLY. I know I’m only one person but I will always listen and believe. You matter. Your trauma matters.
