I would say they are mycena inclinata and they are not the kind you would enjoy eating. They are not considered toxic, but they are also not classified as an edible mushroom i think because they are unappealing in taste and they are difficult to properly identification -There are many other mushrooms that look similar, some of which are apparently poisonous. But I’m not a highly experienced forager, so this is just my closest guess.
