I understand. 
But i want to onboard my family, but i don't want them to be on Damus relay or Primal relay, or follow any of the elites.
I want to put them on my relay and thats it. 

 I dont want it to gossip and start wondering around the internet or use a bootstrapped list of relays that have things they coudln't care less about.
