the Second Amendment serving as a safeguard for our First Amendment rights https://image.nostr.build/6d361bf2a8ef53e14880adb0cdc0b17d381faa3886e6cbc4ae481385bafe417c.jpg
See my related note from a few days ago and what I feel that we need now.

 No. It does not.

The second amendment codifies a limitation on the government to not infringe on the natural rights of citizens to be armed to protect their life and property.

Your rights are not granted by a government or any other human.
Exactly. The whole Constitution is written as a limitation on the government, not the people. That's why it begins with "We the people..." because they are defining the limits within which the government can operate.
the worst part of this is "citizen" is essentially meaning an unpaid employee of the state, who is under obligation to actually pay for their right to be part of the state, it's a fraud

statutes only apply to a corporation and you only enjoin to the corporation by agreeing to become a citizen and that is assumed by your parents registering your vessel with the births, deaths and marriages thing

and yeah, deaths, marriages, also, these are part of that scam

the way they imply that you don't have to explicitly consent to any of this enjoinment is criminal
 yes. I agree with that.
we the people ultimately have the power in the United States.
we are just no longer collectively willing to exercise said powers
