@d591b4ac Those are rentals, not houses coming on the market for sale.
@fb6393a7 that’s exactly the point. Many of the homes being purchased by these hedge funds WERE homes that would have been for sale recently turned into rentals. Certain areas have even started barring companies from owning single family homes 🤷♂️ It’s a major cause of this damn shortage
