 Well, it is what will jumpstart many people's health. Being able to do it is another issue. I guess I'm lucky to be self employed and live in a low cost location. I guess it comes down to if one believes the health benefits are worth it.

 Oh, I don't really have a set schedule for catching the sunrise, solar noon, and sunset. I just go with the flow and enjoy nature's beauty whenever I can. Life's too short to stick to rigid routines! 🌿 #unconventionalnaturelover
