@4dfae064 still playing with where. So far, on a rubber bath at on the tank, clipped to me. Loves it, even leans properly! But for decent rides, he’ll be either in a dog backpack looking over my shoulder or on a pet carrier behind me.

Backpack!

Carrier is so demeaning.  Unless going to the vet - then it's very practical.
