Codeberg is reconsidering OSI license approval for public domain works, citing concerns about repository content compliance. The issue arises from the ToU stating that all repository content must be licensed under an open-source license, whereas public domain works lack a copyright owner or license holder. A pull request has been opened to clarify this in future versions of the TOS.
