FWIW, this is likely to be difficult for some students, since it's so much harder to know when to move on from a hard question without knowing how it compares to the other ones. On the other hand, though, I don't know how test-taking strategies have evolved since the pandemic, so maybe it will be less of an issue for modern students.
@6911cb24 Yeah, I know. I absolutely would have HATED this when I was a student. But this one requirement really, really makes it harder for students to say, post the question to a forum and get help before the end of the exam period. So yeah, really sucks, but I think it's worth it for much better academic integrity.
@e38e83a6 @6911cb24 Cheaters are gonna cheat, but I have often found moving on and coming back later is very useful. Plus helps with time budgeting. Obviously I don’t know constraints you work under but I’d say make it better for the good kids and don’t worry about cheaters. 2¢ offered 🙄
