Appreciate the feedback. Anytime I see "solutions" in a title I'm skeptical. It's a long-time strategy for covering up the negative connotation of sales, when signaling to clients or buyers. Seeing it creep into the IT world is disappointing. Not sure how you feel, but I think the Level 4 aspect of your previous role is pretty important and useful as well. It's crystal clear that you have a higher skillset than a Level 3, 2, etc. and that does affect the way people engage (if they don't know you already). Reducing the numbers to vague "senior, junior, executive" etc just makes everything more vague and everyone else unsure of whom they're really dealing with.
