the hilarity is the fact that post offices are outdated, and so are addresses

they should just be GPS coordinates

this would lead the courier to a point on teh road nearest me... ie, the entrance to my caminho about 40m up the hill. perfect.

address schemes are completely out of date. GPS for delivery locations. Hell, i'd just specify the coordinates of that point on that road up the hill, and specify to call me when they arrive and how long it takes me to climb up to it.
