I like to have a trawl through global every now and again just to see what's going on. I have blocked 10's and 10's of these accounts. WTF is it with this Anime shite🤦🏻‍♂️. It's fucking mad, absolutely ridiculous. Surely people don't get off on this shit😂😂🤔.

I stopped going through global because of that. 

 I have blocked must be WAY over 100 accounts, I've only seen what you mention, I think, once. Absolutely sickening, like literally, made my blood boil. Obviously blocked that account too and reported it. Not sure what the "Report" button does or how effective it is, but I reported it anyway. The Anime porn stuff is harmless I suppose but I just find it bizzare!!  

 Addictions are never harmless, to self and to others around, by consequence...IMHO.
