 The United States needs to double it's prison system capacity and rebuild insane asylums. 

We have some serious work to do locking up the criminals and providing service for the clinically insane.

 Or we can abolish DC and let the states take over. Local government is always better than Imperial Government

 I believe that forcing people into prisons is wrong. But building peaceful voluntary communities and forcing people OUT of those is a-ok.
