Was just talking about this with the rest of my dual citizen family.  We're Canadian & American.  We vote in both.  We have experience with both.  It is astounding how weird the US elections are handled.  In Canada ALL elections are run by Elections Canada, an independent organization. From municipal right up to federal it's all the same. 1 day, with some early voting days. Paper ballots. Pencil markings. ID required. You can register onsite on day with proof and another party that will acknowledge your right and sign for it. Never waited more than 15mins to vote. Easy peasy.  Results that night. The US needs to get their shit together.

 To vote at all is simply to endorse the system. And never forget that the president represents the government and not the people. 

 Elections mean nothing in a kleptocratic it’s just wasting time and giving the enemy the time to consolidate more its position. What needs to happen is the parallel economy but we must remove the power system as well or it’ll come after us as we’re witnessing right now.
