 How do you connect Zeus? 

Via LNDHub to getalby.com Alby Account? What wallet is Account linked to - this isolated one via NWC or your 'main' one?

 Zeus is connected to previous custodial alby setup. Maybe I should change Zeus to the new lndhub config?

 Zeus doesn't support NWC yet. If your Alby Account is linked to your Hub (ie ()getalby.com lightning address redirects there, then Zeus should be able to read balance and act as wallet interface to your Hub, if those LNDhub credentials are correct.
