Malnutrition 

There’s an episode of What Bitcoin did with Fedi and he mentions that he’s significantly taller than his siblings that grew up in Nigeria due to his better nutrition.  The two brothers that went to school abroad both experienced this. 

 My toddlers ate 4 chicken drum sticks each for dinner last night. They seems me doing it right..  ✅️ 
Any insights on kids who eat breakfast before school? Trying best to avoid cereals and too much sugar and carbs but it's tough.

 Bacon & Eggs, Steak, Egg/cheese/meat muffins made beforehand; sooo many options 

 Great suggestions. I done the muffins before and they were a hit. I'll need to try more of these recipes and prepare ahead of time.  Thx!
