Auto-generated translation is an amazing thing when no other options exist! To replace human translation though...

Translation is fucking complex. There simply is no 1:1 correlation between different languages. I suppose someday AI translation could get really advanced but there's no fucking way we're even close to that now.

And ESPECIALLY not if we start firing translators now in favor of AI—long before AI's capabilities are anywhere close.
