@30700d9a I think it’s been a political issue for decades. Jim Inhofe’s entire Senate career was spent making political action on climate a non-starter for Republicans, more than a few Democrats, and the popular press, too. Bjørn Lomborg still works over Europeans, daily. The global public gets mostly noise, so their awareness is always sketchy, and they often get corrupted info. Only extreme weather and people like Thunberg ever seem to dent the bubble at all. It’s depressing.
