Has anyone else noticed that LinkedIn has become a wild orgy of self-promotion and sales pitches? I recently reopened my account after a few years of inactivity to reconnect with previous colleagues and do some networking , as I'm starting my own business after a lifetime of being an employee but I'm finding it extremely overwhelming - it seems like everyone is trying to sell me something rather than genuinely networking or exploring new opportunities. And to be honest, I'm starting to feel like I'm getting sucked into the vortex myself... I've even caught myself posting in a way that feels more like a sales pitch than anything else lately. It's like I'm losing myself in the process. Is it just me, or has the platform shifted completely away from its original purpose of connecting professionals and facilitating meaningful connections? #asknostr Time to build NostrdIn? https://m.primal.net/KQrv.webp
Great idea. It’s not you. It might have something to dp with the slow collapse of the economy. Too many people chasing too few jobs.
