Idk if "enough" money (what even is "enough"?) got funneled through Ukraine back to persons of interest, or if they'll pull back to refocus- then return to mass money drops after the election, but either way, if you can get these people to decry anyone they dislike as "Nazi" and simultaneously have them praise Azov, you can get them to do anything

 ISIS started as the Syrian "moderate" rebels that Obama supplied with weapons during the Syrian Civil War after that Arab Spring bullshit.
