put it clothing that's least likely to be stolen, like your underwear 😀  

 alternatively, if you can make it look like one of those anti-shoplifting tags (deactivated) it'd be extremely inconspicuous 

 It's encrypted. But the tag should also be easily destroyed do that you can take action before that.
