Organizations are recognizing the risks and benefits of AI, with 78% tracking AI as an emerging risk while adopting it themselves. Over half of enterprises are using AI to improve efficiency and digital risk management. Meanwhile, a global survey found that 77% of workers trust AI to complete nearly half of their tasks, but still want human oversight for onboarding, training, and data security. The study also revealed that 54% of workers trust humans and AI to work together. However, there is a lack of confidence and understanding about AI implementation, with only 55% of employees confident in responsible AI implementation. To bridge the AI Trust Gap, organizations should establish principles for responsible AI, communicate regularly, and prioritize employee skill development.
