tbh mastodon edits dont federate to misskey either, but i think ive seen soapbox edits work

 @67975218 @1774b9ff 2023.9.3 should be safe for you to update to.  Its the october release that's gonna cause all the nightmares.

 @542debdc @67975218 Never saw the appeal of post editing. I figured it wouldn't federate and I always just delete and repost
