I wanna replace my Bitcoin core instance for knots.
I read that it's just a drop in replacement, and I can use the same bitcoin.conf for it.
Is there any other setting I have to to improve mempool spam filtering?

 There's lots of settings available, all presented in the GUI too. The defaults are sane, but it's good to go over them and decide for yourself
