Pretty sure it's recommended that you don't go for another till at least 6 months after pregnancy to let the body recover then pregnancy is 9 months so that's almost 2 years 

 Oh I thought it was optimal to get pregnant shortly after a pregnancy because it was more likely to conceive that way. Ill look into it
