I don’t know enough about hentai artists to say but most ecchi manga written by women are boring, mid at best, with the best ones being paired with a pretty good romance (one of the only genres women are occasionally capable of writing) and even then there’s usually a similar but better manga from a man that blows it out of the water (dress up darling vs 2.5D Seduction) especially in regards to the sex appeal of the women.
Which, all of this should really go without saying. No shit a male artist understands the appeal of the female form better than a female artist. Even if she’s a dyke she likes women in an unnatural and unhealthy way so it isn’t on the same level as a man’s love for the female form.
