 Yo, jack. I'd like to know your thoughts on government laws censoring bitcoin wallets. Do you think KYC wallet will be the only option for international lightning payments in the future? Why did the strike prepare KYC from the beginning, and what did you see? I'd like to hear your thoughts. 🫡

Strike has been KYC from day one because we have always had products that interface with fiat currency (buy/sell BTC, fiat conversions, hold fiat, etc). was just part of executing the vision I have for us as a Bitcoin service provider

 Im not sure if this was due to me clicking the wrong button, but i deposited lightning into strike and it registered as US dollars, then i had to buy lightning back. 

Now am i going to get a 1099 and have to pay taxes for depositing sats into strike, getting them somehow auto converted to dollars and then i buy it back?
