Nostr addresses this issue by giving users the tools to take control of their own attention, enabling them to choose their own algorithms and curate their own feeds.
The solution is clear, read more books on science and spend more time outside off your devices. Anyone who tells you otherwise is the enemy.
It's not just digitally either. It's junk in your mailbox. Signs and billboards. Commercials and Ads in every medium.
This negative energy is in every form and infects our lives.
