😂 I lol’ed. my mom’s side of the family has been in the quality meat business for 3 generations and they all have health problems related to heavy red meat consumption.

balance/nuance is hard, folks. over-correcting is easy cope. don’t sacrifice natural vitamins and fiber chasing protein.

Not defending anyone here, but do you know what a logical fallacy is?
it’s a meme. and it aligned with personal life experience. I’m not overthinking it beyond that.

 brilliant. change my mind.
I’m not on carnivore, do so reading. Your example is not an argument that is all
 ok cool.
 False.

I LOVE vegetables. They just don't love me.
Fiber being necessary is a myth. Vitamins come from meat more than anywhere else.

Still funny lol
Whatever they're suffering from isn't coming from the meat. It's everything else.
I mean they all agree with you. except the relatives who don’t eat like them and don’t have the same problems. and fwiw, the family doctors who tried to get them to change habits and watched it happen anyway.
I find it hard to believe such doctors exist.
pretty wild right? balance diet (mediterranean preferred), take it easy on the red meat, as an advisable thing for decades. doctors were, and still are, close family friends.

I have no expertise here. it is what it is.
