 I guess I need to come up with a data retention policy for nostrelites.org if I'm going to run this public relay.  Seems reasonable. People can back up their notes on their own private relays if they want them saved

 Nuke the entire relay from Orbot. It's the only way to be sure.

 I'd do something ridiculous, like 1st of the month, every month, if that were me. Anything popular will propagate quickly enough... and there's at least 4-5 different easy methods for personal long-term self or 3rd party hosted storage now, free and paid. Anyone wanting longevity should really start using that stuff.
