I like to listen to great speeches.  Audible has some good titles.  I'll listen at least 3 times.  The first time I'll pay attention to the vocabulary.  The second time I try to hear the beat or rhythm (a derivative of the grammar).  Finally, I'll listen for the variations in tones, emphasis and timing.  

Shakespeare was a master, so give that a listen too.
