 I’m thinking about something similar… probably not in the budget for this year, but maybe next.

Any tips? 

 The kits are pretty easy and I would go with a full sauna over a barrel type. 

 Wood stove or electric?  I had only really been thinking wood, but @NVK said he prefers electric 🤔

I was also only considering outdoor, but if it’s electric I could potentially put it in the basement.
