Nashua, #NH, is telling residents they can fill sand bags at the DPW's shed "in preparation for tomorrow’s storm." Parts of the city had three or four feet of water in the streets after yesterday's rain.

This sort of flooding used to come from hurricanes or nor'easters. Now it comes from "normal" rain storms.
