Some mornings I really don't feel like hitting the gym. I'm not at 100%, and no one would blame a guy for skipping today to rest.
Yet every time I choose to workout on these days I feel incredible afterwards. Maybe it wasn't my best workout ever, but I gave it my all. I pushed through.
These are the most important days.

That is true, but one should refrain from doing it when sick. It can be difficult
Depends how sick. I've worked out with a cold and felt a lot better afterwards.
If I had something like the flu I'd stay home.

I actually used to like running with a cold.
It hurts, but then around the second mile, I hack up something and suddenly my lungs breath freely. Later I take a 2h nap and wake up feeling fresh (or at least that's how I remember my younger body responding π )
Just showing up is already 90% of the game - plus: I always feel extremely happy, walking out after the gym
