 @447faa91 Hi Fred, nice to see a photo of yours here again. Perhaps it's easier said than done, but - don't worry. I think it's quite normal that you sometimes just need some time to rehale and release any pressure felt. And also to allow oneself exactly that. Wish you all the best 👋
