Damn, might be getting caught by a filter. Are you using a VPN maybe? Lots of security software will downgrade VPN users because its far higher rates of spam and bots run behind VPNs.

No VPN. That makes sense though. For clarity I am using the Fold mobile app.
I think I'm going to try it again this week(we moved and I work every day so there's much to do) but after that I'll hit you up if I still can't get it.
