That's actually a great idea. Thanks for the suggestion.
Sometime coffee fucks with my stomach and I have to switch to tea for a while.
I would think soda is worse. I've heard some ray peat advocates say milk and sugar with coffee helps digestibility. Not sure how you take your coffee.
lol, I’m sure it is that’s why I put in quotes.
Cream only is how I like it. Also if I switch to tea for a week the coffee tastes real good when I get back to it.☕
I just don't drink coffee at all... It's just diarrhea fuel for me... And I don't enjoy the urge to bounce off the walls either...
Lol, ya it’s a habit. I’m not even sure if the caffeine effects me, I don’t really notice it when I don’t have one.
Honey is a good alternative for sugar in tea, and if you get local honey it can help your immune system for flu season I think. Or maybe it was it helps with allergy season...either way, honey is good in tea.
I think it’s allergies, local bees take pollen from local flowers micro dosing their honey, supposedly building up your tolerance.
And it’s good in tea or by the spoonful. lol
Yes that's it! Thank you 💛🐝
The guy I get my honey from sells the pollen also, I think some scrapes off when the bees go in and out of the hive and he collects it, If I remember correctly. It’s supposed to have a bigger effect on allergies than just the honey. Taken by the teaspoon full.
But… I haven’t found that the honey or the pollen works very well for me. Still I like the local stuff.

My dad's wife grows honey and has a lot of extra she's trying to get rid of.
