Oddbean new post about login | logout @40cd5708 Depends what you mean really.. GW4 with the google calendar and clock installed works fine. Not sure if they've fixed the pixel watch yet.. at launch alarms didn't work (one of the reasons I returned it). If you mean setting alarms on the watch, I've never done that.
@420c3902 The GW has only come down to a reasonable price lately. I will try it next. I’ve tried six thus far. Some support one or other, not both. Once again, lack of standards makes everything such for everyone (except Vivek Ramaswamy’s pharmecuticals).
@420c3902 Do you find the round screen cuts off to much content? I only used one a few years ago, but it was junk.
@420c3902 Last question. Are you fairly confident my needed features will work with most android apps on a GW4? Not just Samsung apps? (I have a One Plus droid)
@40cd5708 I use mine with a pixel.. They limit the use of the blood pressure monitor and ECG but really don't care about that (and there are workarounds if you do). I've had round watches since the moto 360 days and never really noticed any issues. Watch faces look better round IMO. Samsung seem to actually get watches right, which surprised me as someone who avoided their phones for years after encountering touchwiz.
@420c3902 Yep, same experience with Samsung phones. Never liked them. But I do like my Galaxy Tablet. I couldn’t exist without it. I’m gonna go for the GW4 44mm. Right now. Thanks.
